About Peach Tree Health

Peach Tree Health is committed to providing personalized, affordable, high-quality health services. Peach Tree Health is your center for healing, opportunity and hope. We are here to keep our neighbors healthy and our community growing.

Peach Tree Healthcare sites are Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facilities. Peach Tree Healthcare is a 501 (c)3 non-profit community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services. Peach Tree Healthcare is a health center program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Peach Tree Healthcare receives funding through HRSA to help provide services to uninsured and underinsured patients. For all eligible patients, a discounted fee will be charged per visit according to the private pay plan as determined by the income guidelines. The discounted fee will cover all FQHC in-scope services provided at Peach Tree Healthcare sites for which Peach Tree Healthcare administers billing and collections functions.
