Peach Tree Health Recognized for Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality
Peach Tree Health has received a 2026 Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badge for Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
The recognition means Peach Tree Health met HRSA’s national bar for using technology to support patient care, offering telehealth, sharing clinical information securely with other providers, giving patients more ways to engage with their care team, and collecting information about patients’ broader health needs.
The annual CHQR badges recognize Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes that demonstrate strong performance in access, clinical quality, health outcomes, and health information technology. The 2026 recognitions are based on data reported through the 2025 Uniform Data System (UDS), the standardized reporting system used by HRSA health centers nationwide.
Using Technology to Support Better Care
The Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality badge recognizes health centers that use technology to support quality care and connect patients with their healthcare.
For 2026, health centers receiving this recognition demonstrated that they:
- Offer telehealth services
- Exchange clinical information electronically with key healthcare providers and settings
- Use health information technology to engage patients
- Collect information about patients’ health-related needs
HRSA determines eligibility using information reported through the most recent UDS reporting year.

Every year, Health Center Program awardees report comprehensive information through UDS, including patient characteristics, services, clinical processes and health outcomes, staffing, costs, and revenues. This gives HRSA a standardized way to measure the work and performance of health centers across the country.
In the 2025 reporting period, 1,356 Health Center Program awardees served more than 32.7 million patients nationwide, underscoring the role community health centers play in the country’s healthcare system
