Our History as a Community Pillar

1991

Peach Tree Healthcare, Inc. (Peach Tree Health) Was Established
In 1991, the Yuba County Clinic moved from the former Yuba County Hospital and was renamed Peach Tree Clinic.

1992

Peach Tree Healthcare, Inc. (Peach Tree Health) Was Established
In 1991, the Yuba County Clinic moved from the former Yuba County Hospital and was renamed Peach Tree Clinic.

2001

Peach Tree Clinic Earns Non-Profit Status

Fremont Rideout successfully obtained Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 501(c) 3 non-profit status. Peach Tree Clinic (doing business as Peach Tree Health) has operated as an independent community health center now for 35 years.

2021

Peach Tree Celebrates 30 Years

For over 30 years now, Peach Tree Health has provided comprehensive medical, dental, vision and behavioral healthcare services across the life span in the Northern California Counties of Sacramento, Butte, Sutter and Yuba. Peach Tree Health currently operates five community health centers, two Immediate Care locations, and one mobile dental clinic, which serve over 41,000 patients and over 161,000 visits. Peach Tree’s services target the uninsured and underserved families throughout the region.
